Green Algae on Glass

Hi guys.

I have started getting some green algae on my glass, There is also a lot of white dots on the glass too. Taken a closer look at the white dots they look like little insects as the move around a lot - they crawl. Can somebody advise on what to do about this? Is this a good or bad thing? Tank has been running for about 15 weeks now.

Maybe pods, if it is, I think good but I'm sure someone with more knowledge can confirm. Any pics?

Yeah I have done some research, it does look like pods. will do some more googling and see what I can find out about them.

For the algae, I recommend special blend as it will age your tank faster and once your tank is older it will get less and less of that glass algae
