    I have always wanted to try grafting plating montis but have never had the time. Maybe I can attempt the green and red mix soon. Would be awesome if it works.

    I had a green/red mix before,was very nice...unfortunately I don't have pics of it....but...I'm currently doing another one..got some red and was lucky to get some green from @dallasg ... Here's a pic comparison of the growth so far of the past few months,when I got both pieces neither was on a rock or mounted..

    I could also break some red and add it to the other side of the green,but this red one doing something strange so just leaving it alone for now..its growing downwards creating this thick lip ..

    I also had montis intertwining like that before, but its not the same as grafting.
