    Hi

Is there anybody that are using a GoPro camera in an aquarium either to take pictures or videos?

If you do what is the quality like and any positives or negatives to report?

    Thanks
    Sanders

I use a hero4 black edition. I have posted a video somewhere here. You could check out the quality there. Will try and find the link for you.

I had the black edition, although the video quality is amazing i must say if you going to buy one specifically its a waste. the still images are shocking! I sold it and now just use my experia Z3, straight in the water in 4k HD and 21 mp camera!

    Waste of time IMO

I wouldnt buy one only for tank pics. Pics are alright, but novelty of in tank pics goes away quickly.

Pics for other uses are good, but i suppose that depends what you using them for. I use one for work alot. Fish eye effect gets annoying at times, but can be removed with software.

My daughter wants to buy one and I dont know whether it is worth the while, so I am just trying to figure what else you can use it for as well.
