    Hi people,

First picture without any real light.

After about 5 minutes of light. It's size is about 2cm x 2cm in the second picture.

Any idea what this is? Is it good or bad? Thanks.

Did it grow by itself or is it something you attached to the rock?

I didn't attach it. I'm not sure if the guy who I got the rock from attached it.

    interesting.
Body looks like aptasia, but head is definitly not. I got plenty so I know aptasia....

Anemone type, yes, you get plenty, rock anemones to colonial etc. All related. Like to see the final ID on this one.

@RiaanP - I agree with you. The body looks like aptasia. But the head is different.

Apologies for the delayed reply Anemone. I haven't been able to get a nice picture from the top - the flash reflects on the water and if I take the "thingy" out of the water for a picture it bends over or curls up into itself (like an aptasia?)

    Turn the flash off.

The behavior is typical for anemones when disturbed.
