    Morning All,

Been awhile since I was in the hobby or posted on MASA - have been going through the forums for awhile & catching up on everything

Now staying in Cape Town, and think I have found sound one who can make a great tank BUT also looking for a company that offers a great weekly maintenance programme - any suggestions please? (stay in Somerset West)

One other quick questions to start with please - what battery / inverter system can you recommend for a tank (to say last @ least 3 to 4 hours)?

Look forward to the journey ahead

    Cheers
    Michael B

    welcome back :)

as for inverters, depends on what wattage you want to run but a 1200W (2000VA) inverter with 2-4 102Ah batteries will give you ample backup

What type of tank are you going to set up Michael? Going to do something different other than SPS?

Thanks for feedback @dallasg - yea, think I'm going to go with the Ellies 1,200w (a bit pricy, but with current "load shedding"a must have.

Thinking SPS and long term an anemone (currently doing lots of research)
