Functional Tank design

    I have started taking my tank apart (painstaking is not the word)cos of the cracked bottom and made the desision to rebuild the whole thing. Can anybody please tell me if the current tank design is fine: I would appreciate any input especially the re. the overflow: Pics are of the tanks current design before I took it apart

    Tank design looks ok to me, although in the 2nd pic, just the top cross braces on the left and right, they look a bit odd to me, I don't think they need to be there as long as the brace along the length front and back are there. Hopefully a tank builder will offer some advice.

    in the second pic i would make the brace touch the back pane as well

    And - in the 3rd pic, the overhang is looking for trouble.... even though the overhang is the overflow section....
