seems on the GHL website that there is no Profilux 3. They are all called 3.1

OK, figured it out.

It is the 3.1A upgraded to a 3.1eX

the 3.1
ProfiLux 3.1 : ProfiLux 3.1T

upgrade kit
ProfiLux 3.1 : eXtended Upgrade Kit für ProfiLux 3.1A/3.1N

Will see that the upgrade kit back panel matches up with the second picture.

Nope. Was done by Idol Marine for the previous owner. Had to ask him to confirm.
