Sjo Greg, Its a shame to let them go. They are so beautiful. I better keep this thread away from Barry though. The Picasso is his favourite fish. He is always threatening to bring one home .

Buttt...... I have so many small fish that he would just lovvvve to chow!

I'm sure you will get good homes for them.

    Hi gMan

I need to put up a tank especially for the trigger and will board the fish at the local aquarium. I know the Curator of the Dias Museum Aquarium very well and am planning on having her put it in the quarantine section, until I have a tank up and running. The museum is only a few minutes drive from me and I can visit pretty much every day to check on things.

I donated a clown trigger to her after my 2m tank burst about two years or so ago. This fish is in the Aquarium's entrance tank and is looking stunning - I saw it Monday.

The 13 to 14 year old clown triggerfish which is in the entrance tank at Two Oceans Aquarium in Cape Town was donated to them by me years ago and two of the clown triggers at uShaka in Durban also came from me.

I was actually looking for a tiny clown trigger for a very small mature set up I have and spoke to a Cape dealer this morning. None were immediately available and I went onto SAReefkeeping and MASA to look and came across your fish. As mentioned, I was looking for a 3 - 4 cm baby, but having seen your fish, would love to have it.

I wrote the book, published by Struik, called "The Marine Aquarium" in 1997 (now out of print) and recently wrote my autobiography - titled "I Touched The Moon". There is a lot about clown triggers in the book, including a lecture I gave to AZA (American Zoo and Aquarium Association) at Disney, USA called "Toys for Triggers".

I have been keeping marines for over 30 years and have reared the larvae of the common clown and the false common clown. Have tried to spawn clown triggers for years without success (yet) and am crazy about the fish.

Can you give me a telephone number so I can check on details with you?

    Regards
    Alan
