Please post Pic...when you say "come off"...it sounds like the flow is to strong and gradually "tearing" the Tentacles from the skeleton...I had that on one section...need picture just to confirm...what lighting do you have..? Also where is it placed...maybe near another Coral..? what are you'r water Parameters..?

We need water Parameters to maybe rule that out, if there is nothing wrong there...
We need to know how far from you'r T5's...
Need to know also if you placed it maybe to close to another Coral..
    What flow you do have...(pumps)
Then I will see if I can get a picture of "tearing" so you can see if it's the same "come off" like you'rs...but really need a picture...

You'll need to post your tanks specs, ie loghting, flow etc as well as the water parameters.have you changed anything in the tank recently? There are a lot of reasons for frogspawn to close.

Yip...sounds like it could be Bown Jelly...

Hope this helps....please read up a bit more on it, as some mention that it could wipe out you'r Tank, whereas this Article states that it's not usually Contagious....unless you have other injured Corals...
