    Hi Guys,

Could someone please identify the white growth on my frogspawn, seeing that some member thinks it's some type of fungus:whistling:

You are very prone to catching diseases....
Brett's froggies had some white stuff like that on them when they came into my tank and only one head survived, could be coincidence

    Shut up:p

No coincidence, the fact is none of my heads died:whistling:It's been like this for the last year or so. I thought it could be growth, that was stunted due to some bad patches I had recently:(Let's see what the guru's have to say:thumbup:

i meant the coincidence of the froggie of bretts dying and the white stuff. Dork:razz: They were not happy at all, when i cut the remaining head of the smell from the skeleton was horrific!

i would give it a bath in a mixture of five drops of iodine and one litre of tank water for fifteen minutes and then place it in an area with direct water flow onto frag . repeat dipping every second day with a fresh mixture. ps .looks like it has been in an area with low water movement and low oxygen between tentacles hence the white stuff.

Sorry, only saw your post now. I will leave it for now, seeing that it hasn't affected the frogspawn yet as far as I can tell:)
