Urgent help needed Foxface Bloated and Marks

Hi everyone.

My fox just all of a sudden started getting bloated and then some spots appeared on his side. He is really swollen and I dont know what to do.

This morning I found him up against the overflow and thought he was dead. But when I touched him he swam away.

He has heavy beating as well. I dont know If he might have pecked at a piece of dying anemone before I removed it. There was a bit of a Alk swing the last week. 2 points at the most.






Any help would be apreciated.

Can you give us some more info? What caused the anemone to die? How big of a swing did you have in your Alk? What was the cause of the swing?

Is the fish still alive? Symptoms sound like it may be Black Spot Disease, which is treatable, have a google for it and see what you think. I'll see if I can find some links for you.
 
Thanks for the response but he is gone unfortunately. I moved him from the DT to QT tank but he had already stopped eating and had trouble swimming.
