Found this little Toby at Nahoon Mouth

    It is about 2cm big and looks something like The fingerprint toby (Canthigaster compressa)

    cant really see the pic to well on my phone, but one of the canthi's we get down on our shore's is c. Solandri, however i will have a better look tomorrow on my laptop when i get 3g reception.

    Should be spot on with this ID ... the one in the pic is a juvi though ... All his colours not fully displayed ... Long nose puffer ... Did he not blow himself up and make grunting noises when removed from the water

    It didn't puff up or grunt, but it wasn't chased around much. I herded it slowly and it went into my net calmly.

    Thanks all the help - seems happy and is not being a problem in my tank. Very happy with it

    They are nice little fish, in my exp they will eat shrimp when they get bigger

    Ummm, No. It's Canthigaster benetti, the solandri has a spot on either side of the dorsal fin and is a brown/orange colour whilst the benetti is a grayish/green and has a cute little heart over the dorsal like the pic posted above.
