Increase flow and decrease nutrients, alternatively, biological control by means of a wrasse.
Last resort, chemical control by means of a product like flatworm exit.

I have put a six line in and no luck. I also increased the flow. need to do a water pram check but I will get a bottle of flatworm exit as they are out of control

Rather do a bit more research before resorting to chemical means. Its a pretty common pest and there is bound to be info available on its natural predators.
    Feed less more often.

I feed my fish once a day and literary a pinch as the food doesn't hit the floor. I have been reading about salifert flat worm exit and the reviews seem to be great. ill keep checking up on what I can do before going for the chemical

The banana wrasse is Thalassoma lutescens. Different fish altogether. You need the canaray wrasse. I had two in my tank. They are great flat worm, and nudi branch eaters. Banana wrasse is not as much of a pest eater as the canaray.
