Hi All,

I've read past posts and a lot on IE regarding Flame Angels and if they're reef safe (50/50).

A lot of comments have just been based on "i read that...", however I want first hand experience from you guys if they nipped your corals or not?

I have LPS and softies currently in my tank.

Thanks

I started a thread a little while ago on pygmy angels too, same outcome from everyone..
Very hit and miss!!
Best option seems to be the Geniacanthus versions of the Pygmy angels..
Google some images for them, pretty little guys;)

My personal experience has been very fortunate, with no corals being nipped at. Have been contemplating the addition of a clam, which I reckon will really test mine's reefsafeness...

between a mate and i we have had 4 flames, 2 jumping beans, a coral beauty and a bi color
none ever touched any corals

I'm getting a little more hope to take a chance...tnx guys for the feedback
