Do they still swim like that if you turn off the flow pumps?

Can it maybe be because its a bare bottom and they see the floor.

When i moved the fish i wasnt aware it had to cycle because every where i read it talked about seting it up when you need it i do regular water chances 25lt per week on a 120lt tank.

If you don't see red streaks on their fins, I wouldn't worry too much about ammonia. Maybe nitrite test kit is faulty, test some newly made up water? If they are eating fine and not diseased or not breathing faster than normal, it is probably not much to worry about, could possibly be the clean bare bottom confusing them what side is up, I have also seen some fish do that in a qt now that I think about it. What medicine do you have in there?

They went through 2weeks of cupramien had white spots. Rested for 3 weeks then had a 2week paragard now currently they are without medication for a week then in to main tank all together 9 weeks in qt. I will put some paper at botom and see if that helps.

Cool, that is a pretty strict qt regime, well done for seeing that through. You can also perhaps paint the outside of tank bottom with normal black craft acrylic if paper doesn't work.
