    Hi everyone.

    Quick question.

I can buy a couple of fish from a buddy namely:

Flame angel, 2 african clowns, 1 blue damsel, 1 clown ? , 1 yellow tail blenny, pajama cardinal and 1 clown wrasse.

He wants R 2000 for them is that a fair price?

    Cheers,

Hi aurora. It is a fair price. U will pay R1000-R1200 for a flame angel alone.

Not a bad price. Just make sure you have a big enough tank as the 3 clowns are likely to not get along. Clown wrasse can also get quite big. The damsel is also aggressive if in a small tank.

I did say at Times, saw some in Jan. Lets say you are paying R1000 for the flame, R1000 for the rest of the fish on the list I think is a bit steep

went to couple shops quick and best price on flame angel I could find was R 1400.

so rest of stock is basically R 400.

buddy dropped his price to R 1800

    I have a 300 L tank

with only a bicoulor angel, 2 pj cardinals , 2 fire gobies , diamond blenny and two clowns.

    have i got enough space?

Yes, drop the damsel and the clowns, your tank is too small for 4. they will not get a long. How big is the clown wrasse? They can get big.
