According to this thread you should look into Gas embolism, copper poisoning, Toxins, severe white spot or velvet.

If it is only the eyes that are affected then I think you can discount white spot or velvet. Seeing as all of your fish are affected I would look into Toxins (perhaps a domestic worker has been using cleaning agents around the tank?) or Gas embolism (I have no clue what that means :p).

Is the whole eye cloudy or is there like something stuck on the eye?

It's possible that the water may have been contaminated, was it ready mixed water? How much did you use and have you used their water before?

I had the same problem previously with my clown. I came to the conclusion of pop eye. I treaded the whole tank with API - MELAFIX. Sorted it him out 100%. Started seeing improvements the next day. If you take my advice, When treating dont forget to take carbon out of the tank.

Worked for me so should work for you.

Hi Zuna - you have received good advise here already. But, here's my bit, if you don't mind.

I would advise you not to stress about this at all. Just add some fishy vitamins to the food that you feed. The fish's immune systems will be improved, and the cloudy eyes will clear up within 10 to 14 days.

just a bit worried as I’ve only got a maroon clown and two damsels left from a tank with about 7 fish in it. I’ve even lost my Niger trigger which is supposed to be the hardiest fish in my tank:dft007:

Are you sure it can´t be brook? Cloudy eyes are also a symptom of brook.

If you suspect toxins and it certainly sounds like it, run a heavy load of carbon ASAP.
Please post the rest of your water parameters esp the amonia reading and PH.

In case you got corals in your tank and you run a heavy load of carbon, reduce your photoperiod. Otherwise you will end up with bleached corals!
