Just want to find out if I am on the right path with fish food, and if there is people using the same fish food

The first flakes I have ever used, and they go wild for it

Brine Shrimp

Krill

That omega 1 is a really good product, my fish go crazy for both pellets and flakes.

This is the first time I have ever used flakes and after just over a week my Sailfin is also going wild for it. Even my cleaner shrimps goes for it.

Are the frozen food good or not ??

Frozen food is always good, as for the make of food unfortunatly i dont know it so cant comment there.

I give them 5 blocks of blood worm, 2 x blocks krill & brine shrimp over weekends and 3 times a day the get flakes, morning before work, lunch time and when I get home

in regards to frozen food,i made my own and my love it.used,hake,shrimps,calamari,nori and garlic.mixed all together and placed in an ice tray.try that out
