    Hi everyone,

At the start of this year I decided that I wanted to start this hobby, and I am finally getting somewhere haha.

Its been a trip. At first my tank back panel broke and had to replace that. Then decided to build a steel stand and do DIY LED lights.

Here are some pics of the years progress.

Ok so the stand was done....

Got the live rock and water in. Look at my awesome light so the fosh could see me....

    And finally the LED lights...

Now I have to close it all up with some wood and I will lower the LED lights to about 100mm from the water.

    Working in your kitchen???
    Brave...

Great DIY work, looking good. Do the aluminium strips provide enough heat dissipation to keep the LEDs cool?
