:) many thanks a great read, vey politically correct too.

id love to tap your ideas on carbon to nitrogen ratio's, as any self respecting organic farmer knows C:N as a ratio is paramount to getting through nitrogen cycle (composting) and there maywell be an interesting relationship to carbon sourced dosing and the C:N ration in tanks. i'll pm u about it.

what is interesting is that an excess in carbon can be very detrimental to the N cycles for soil fertility

good article, cover the basics without going of into deep "penetration". :)

Just a question, in the article you mention 4.5 square foot DSB area.
I assume that for both DSB and remote DSB the optimum size should be the same?

For us in SA, using metrics, that is a 0.4 m2 (square meter) area. So a DSB sand footprint of about 0.8m by 0.5m.

Oh, thank you! Sorry for the delay in responding. I've come to rely on the tread subscription notices, but I didn't get any for this one. :-(

Anyway, yes, same minimum size for display and remote DSB (by the same principle).

It was faster a couple of days ago.
Anyway, click first page. on the hawkfish when he eventually appears.
Then click on the number 46 to go to the article directly.

Then you page with blue buttons on the bottom.
Like complete Car magazine that is now also online.
