    Hi,

Luxor paints make an epoxy resin for fibreglass or to be used by itself, is this reef safe?

Dallas If I were going to use any composite resin it would never be an Expoy system as Amonia is the key ellement in the hardener part of the system its what sets off the chemical curing process the faster the curing process the more amonia they contain to create more exothermic heat, this amonia will leach into you system overtime. I would rather suggest using a Polyester based resin which makes use of a peroxide hardener its much safer on your reef.
