    Welcome Nielan!!!!

I've tried blanched broccoli, but my fish didn't go for it. Spinach is excellent. Just blanche it in boiling water for about 15 seconds befor feeding to break down the cellulose. Also feed frozen peas that have been squashed out of their shells and slightly mashed.

Go to your local Chinese take out, and if they sell sushi pick up a stack of Nori, if you don't feed it already.

Yup frozen pees and brussels sprouts are great for puffers and parrot fishes. It keeps the beak trimmed as well.
