Feeding Regal Tang

Nori, ocean nutrition flakes, brine shrimp about twice a week, varied diet is the key, but remember that they are mostly herbivores.
 
They are mostly herbivores but eat plancton as well as part of their natural diet so nori and ocean nutrition flakes, mysis etc. Like devesh said, feed a variety and it will also help keep the whitespot at bay.
 
Any greens are good for a herbivores like Nori and green flakes.

A good brand I would recommend for all fish is New life Spectrum, feeding my fish the marine flake. Really good food
 
after the fish is used to the tank it should attack flakes and mysis. I found mine to be super easy to feed. Even when it was highly stressed it still ate pellets, its a funny video lol
