I bought some live rock and it came teaming with feather dusters, brittle stars and mini maxi anemones. I wasn't really prepared for any livestock yet. What do I feed them?

Its only about 2.5cm across
Would target feeding them frozen mysis work?
yes but they are photosynthetic so no real need
I was also thinking of every thing else such as the fan worms and brittle stars to. Currently the rock is in a quarantine tank that lit with a Cool white desk lamp.
