    second tank look awesome.
    Just not the regal.

In the first pics, the green on the rocks, it does not seem like fussy algae, is it a green type coralline algae or what. Do have a bit of cayno, but seems the softies are doing good

Looking good, accept the foxface and regal in such a small tank!

At least you have a reason to upgrade now :)

well, the first tank is an established tank. And not too bad either. Bit of cayno, but nice corals. None of the corals looks like they are in trouble.

How old is your second tank?

I think Lawrence was trying to say something in the thread heading when he asked about when is a person an established reefer, because of a comment that was placed in a for sale thread a day or 2 ago. I would also like to know the answer to this interesting question.

I think a established reefer is someone who understand the chemistry involved in this hobby.
It is not tied down to the amount of years this person spent in the hobby.

    Established reefer or established tank?

I know some guys would recommend that you put a nennie in a tank over a year old for instance.

    Is that what you mean?

Yip, no one will. We know all our our own marine tanks and set ups. Corals we keep and grow. On a day with all your knowledge and all you can have a tank crash lots every thing. the ocean will always be a mystery to us and never know every thing.

Are you guys looking to buy frags and the response was that your tank is not established or buying frags that your tank is not suitable for? Or what's the problem here?
