    Hi all

Can I use normal Pratley Putty to stick my liverock together and if so how long do I have to wait before I can put it back in the tank?

    Thanks

Yes you can! Pratley Putty sets under water, so you can stick it inside of your tank. If you going to leave the LR out for a long time, there will be die off, and the rock will no longer be 'live'. The rock will need to be re-cured.

I have recently discovered that leaving the putty for ten minutes after mixing it allows it to start setting. The attach the corals or frags and it will stick better as it's not so pliable

Normally I would have to turn off all the powerheads and stick the coral and hope it doesn't come loose for twenty minutes. Now I just stick it and it stays in place
