Hi Kavir - we will unfortunately need a pic to try and ID this. Without a picture, this description can mean anything, ie:
    - an egg of sorts
    - a sponge
    - a snail
    - a worm

Kavir - thanks. Sorry. My internet connection today was VERY bad. BUT - those are worms.
They are tiny fan worms that attach to the sides of the glass in our tanks....
I had millions of them. But, we just keep on cleaning them off the glass...

I will update as soon as I can get them off my phone.... (I will post the pic)....

Kavir - you don't have to remove the one's from the live rock. They do not ever "move". BUT, if you look REALLY closely, you will see that they have tiny/very fine "hairs" coming out of them.... ;)
Them hairs are very fine "filters" that filters out food....

Kavir - they are hitchhikers from the rock originally..... BUT - they never stop multiplying..... :)

So - enjoy them, Kavir! They are PART of the diversity of the life stock we keep! ;)

    OK - here you go.....

On second thoughts - these might indeed be either snail eggs, or TINY TINY baby limpet-snails.
