    Hey reefers

A customer ( x reefer) of mine came in and donated a '' Eco Aqualizer''. I've never seen or heard of this product b4. So i went to their web site www.ecoaqualizer.com i read the reviews and FAQs, and everything on there is jst to good to be true.

This product has a natural ionization purification process. It reduces water changes by 75%, makes water crystal clear, aids in oxygenating the water and boosts beneficial bacteria, reduces ammonia, and many other things. Technology used for this product came from NASA which i know is really good technology.

So i asked him if it worked he said it's really good u do have to do ur normal tank admin but jst not that much. The price was still on it and is quiet expensive.

Has any1 got 1of these things? Or has any1 heard of this product coz it really seems to good to be true.

So i take it that it's good. Because i never get it wit instructions does it matter which side water flows in and out from or it doesn't matter? Do u clean it? Coz if it's pullin out all that gunk it must be going somewhere

I have not done a water change in that tank in the last year. All params are good. I just installed mine with the water flowing in the direction of the writing.

On water changes, then in sure in the long run this unit will pay 4it's self.

It's ment to last for 10yrs So there's about 8 and a half left on mine. So u connected urs wit water coming in from the left where the writing begins and exits were the writing does?

Yip, that's right. Just make sure the unit is not in the water but rather in your return line somewhere.

There are different size units depending on tank capacity and yes they are available in Cape Town at least. Not sure about the rest of SA.

Why don't you put it on your tank for a month or so and see how it goes and then let us know?

Sounds promising. But as Tony mentioned, removal of trace elements? But then again, our skimmers remove lots of trace elements....

Ok i'l put it in this mornin, test everything, and then do my regular tests over time and in 2weeks i'l let url know if it works.

Well as 4 NASA launchin somethin in2 space is a big deal wen u compare it to filtration, Lol
So i take it only brentnorm has 1 and has success wit it, but in his fresh water tank.
