    Shame man :lol: i wonder wht they taste like...

    I think they should just catch a load for aquarium export instead of chowing them

    viper, it is actually quite common in the east to have them on the menu.

    BTW the article is a bit "off track" , aquarium trade came second , they were distributed by us taking leisure cruises , moving cargo in massive ships , patrolling the ocean in our subs etc. These guys get caught in the ballasts and then released when the ballasts are emptied again...maybe 100's of miles away.

    Sorry I have a soft spot for the old men of the reef...but this is a good way of controlling them, my only concern would be as with all sudden changes in an ecosystem , what would sudden overfishing do again
