This town was for sale for R 6mil some time ago.. Bargain for someone with pounds

The town is next to a river so they have water to keep it so nice and green.
The rest of the surrounding area is quite dry.

What are the structures in the distance within the SummerStrand Pic?

To the right are the docks. With 4 cranes.
The Eastern Cape / PE area is quite dry at the moment, as you move down towards Wilderness, Pletternberg bay and Knysna / George you get
beautiful forest areas with hardwood trees and dense fern undergrowth. Absolutely green there are hiking trails and tree to tree walkways and slides that I still have not been to.
I will try and post some pics of the Gamtoos Valley some time. It is our grocery basket and supplies a lot of export oranges.
South Africa is a vast country and you can experience almost all climates in it.
