I have installed a Seio Prop 320 today pumping 1200LPH, with that i have the Sunsun head pumping 3000 LPH. Will that be enough flow for my TL550?

Depends on rock structure and pump placement.

But the SunSun will be great.

I never setup a TL550, but done a Nano Cube 24 (same size as TL450). That nano runs with 2 of those Seio 320 and a Vortech MP10.

Let it run and see what happens.
