    Drums.....

Reminders me of 60th birthday. What wonderful sounds came from this Proudly SA Band back then.

Bud hope you enjoyed the bit of history.

we use recycled containers for bigger volumes of water. Like the 800l & 1000l plastic containers you often see in filtration reserves. These containers are normaly the containers importers bring in the tanning chemicals and other substances for what ever they do. These containers are normal inherit and if washed thoroughly, pose no harm for aquarium use.

I would recomend a jix rinse , and then let to stand for a day or so. Afterwards do a through rinse. You need to do this anyway with brand new drums as they also have oils from the manufacturing process.

Hi -lol yes a bit of history is always cool, thanks for the info I rather ask before I buy just to be on the safe side. They sell 30l containers for R27 and a 250l container R181.

Go for it. Good buy. As I say just do a little bleach and a good rinse and you should be good to go.
