    So...

Other setup is getting to small for me, so I want a bigger setup.

This is what I custom ordered from @xtreme (thanx!!)

It is 3 side viewable 1220L x 800W x 600H (W/L at 550 and overflow at one side of the 800) It is much bigger the I first thought :whistling:

Now the question for you guys.

I want to prepare the tank for the future. Want to add two mp40's on the 800 side with the overflow. Now the thing is I do not know what overflow would work the best for this situation.

My plans for the tank is a reef with alot of small schooling fish, maybe a tang or two and alot of corals.

This is as far as I have planned:blush:

    Any advice?

firstly, whats the glass thickness? Looks like 10mm. Should it not have euro bracing? Im no tank builder, but looks kinda thin for rimless..

secondly, congrats on the tank :)

thirdly, with 2 mp40's, you are going to have some good water movement which will put strain on the tank, so if the tank did not need euro bracing, it should be something you look at to further strengthen the tank

    Hey guys,

Will 3x T5 light units with each light unit having 4x 54w T5's be enough for this setup?

as in 12 54W bulbs on reflectors? that will be more than enough.

    Q89,

Dude, just quickly... I cant see from the pics but is that wooden stand where the tank is going to be? If so... What is it made from? It appears to be chipboard and i cant see where the structual strength is... Or is that just a workbench cabinet type thing?

    Just making sure... :)

It is the stand, or should I say part of it, will be adding more structural support.
