Hi i need help i want to start using a dosing pump for calcium alkaline and magnesium but dont no how to calculate the mixture to be used in containers and how to determine my daily usage can some one please assist me with this. From start to dosing tx

My tank is 450 lt i use about 7ppm per day on calcium and 0.3 kh per day

Tx dexter what local chemical in bulk can i use that article makes alot more sense now. Just need to get chemical in bulk at cheaper price.

@Dexter just to clarify if they say 0.5ml/galon of recipe 1 does that mean its 0.25ml of calcium and 0.25ml of alkaline or 0.5ml each

I use magnesium chloride and calcium chloride.

but you can use epsom salts for Magnesium and baking soda for alk

Basically you need to decide wich recipe you want to make. if you are referring to the table they say what you must add. so it will 0.5ml per 3.78l of water. Use the calculator. Its much easier and it tells you exactly how much to add.
