I have put up this post to inform all of you that there certain statements being made regarding the Jebao Range of products that are not true. Below you can see a copy of the original post we put up over 2 weeks ago regarding Jebao and ourselves (Aquaria-SA). As the sole appointed importers of the Jebao range we want to put your minds at rest.
Firstly Please be aware that Aquaria-SA have not bought in any RW-4 series wave makers at this point..We will however will bring in the factory backed RW-4's series of wave makers soon and will inform you when they are available.
Secondly The only Factory backed Jebao models available are from Aquaria-SA and are the WP-10, WP-25, WP-40, RW-8 and the RW-15. We are still appointing dealers at this point in time.

Thirdly There are statements being made regarding the discontinuing of certain models of the Jebao wave makers e.g.. the discontinuing of the (WP-series) being replaced by the (RW-Series). Please this is not true and Jebao has no intention of discontinuing the WP-series of wave makers.

"As you are all aware we, Aquaria-SA, are consistently sourcing quality products that we feel confident to offer to you. Products that we not only supply, but are able to offer a full back-up to maintain these products.
In November 2014, we did exactly that, when we visited the Jebao factory, with the aim of securing import rights to be able to supply and maintain their excellent range of products.
Aquaria-SA are proud to announce that we are now the sole factory appointed importer in South Africa for Jebao products. We have secured sole rights to import, distribute and maintain the complete range of Jebao products.
We carry factory backed warranty on all products sold through ourselves and we bring to your attention that any Jebao products bought through any other source than ourselves or a appointed Aquaria-SA dealer will not be considered to have a factory warranty from either ourselves or Jebao and must be considered to be ‘grey’ products.
One of the concerns we had was the misinformation being bandied about in the South African market with regards to what was and was not available in the Jebao range. An example was the misinformation regarding the WP series of wave makers was being replaced by the RW series. This is totally incorrect and we are happy to say that the factory has no intention of discontinuing the WP series which are and will be available through ourselves as well as the RW series.
More exciting news is that the Jebao range of products will now be affordable and can be purchase from us directly or a appointed Aquaria-SA dealer. This will now give you the peace of mind that YOU have a Factory Warranty on your purchase.
We have our 1st container in our AQUARIA-SA KZN warehouse as we speak and we are initially launching the wave maker range from Jebao with the complete range coming in shortly. "
