    Yes, regularly. Ocean Nutrition spirulina. Also formula 1 and 2 pellets, nori, fresh frozen super shrimp, krill and forulaa 2.

    Maybe you should ask who feeds flakes exclusively/mostly.

    Why do yo ask?

    I feed my fish everyday Ocean Nutrition Prime Reef flakes. They love it. When I get home at night they all come forward and eat from my hand

    alternate between new era marine flakes , omega one veggie flakes and ocean nutrition brine shrimp plus flakes

    I use the full range Ocean Nutrition.

    Empty all the tubs into a beer box, mix, and refill. That way I feed them something of everything every day.

    I had flakes to feed when I started I just stopped I use pellets now and frozens If I feel like it I would buy flakes again to feed. But my fish dont need flakes so dont bother getting

    I feed my fish mostly pellets and they love it.. to the point where the two clown fish are totally uninterested in frozen food.. only the sailfin tang likes the frozen food.. oh and the dragnet as well

    Take between my fingers and release just under waterlevel otherwise they float

    I take a pinch and stick my finger under the water level and have the fish eat from my hand. That way I can release the flakes slowly and make sure they eat it all.

    If you want to soak in Vitamins, garlic or vitachem. Place your flakes with any other food in a container and soak.
