    Hi All,

    Thought I would share the In's and Out's of my DIY Metal Halide! (Some guys I am sure will find it interesting)...so here are some photo's before being assembled into my hood!

    very neat. I did the same but stuck it up in the roof. is that for a 150 w Mh What globe did you get and how much?

    Hope this helps some guys and gals with the DIY metal Halide... I did not build these (bought them on the forum), but it looks straight forward! They are 70watt 14000k Bulbs and have done a test run...and WOW!!! Will be adding 2 of these to my current T5 setup!!:thumbup:

    Hi Davidfr7,

    They are the 70watt. I paid R600 for the lot!!! R100 each...so got 2 ballast, 2 fittings and 2 globes!!

    They work like a charm!!:thumbup:
