Can someone please explain to me:
Gauge in wire like 22 gauge ect.

    and maybe translate this?

The CAT6, driver is not suitable for any part of an LED system running at
1000ma, except the dimmer knob leads.

24 gauge enclosed wire, will actually measure to be approximately 26-28 ga,
and is insufficient. The wire will get hot, melt, then short out your
    system, creating a fire hazard.

Please use a minimum of rated 24 ga, non enclosed wire, such as the 24 ga
or 22 ga wire we sell.

Enclosed wire is more than likely quite a tight fit and non enclosed has a bit of space between the wire and casing I would imagine.

As Dallas has stated, the awg is a measurement of the thickness of the cable, highter the AWG number, the thinner the cable.
