DIY build begins #slowproject#

Just get another base 1520 x 520 as @Dian6430 suggested.

I don't see that post?

Buying more glass will be expensive but maybe you can ask the glazier to buy the sheet from you and re do the calculations.

As I understand: your sides are too big and so is the front and back taking into consideration the base size?

Glass Should have been as follows:
Base - 1500 x 500 (as is)
Front and back - 1500 x 510(H)
Sides - 480 x 510(h)

give or take 1mm - 2mm for silicone.

Just get another base 1520 x 520 as @Dian6430 suggested.

or just have the glass cut again (your glass) will be cheaper than buying more glass.

I hope my calcs are right:whistling:
@jclaas. This post?

I obviously read to fast and not critical :). Yes i agree with @Dian6430. Double base is the way to go because you cant make a great plan with what you have at the moment @Papitto

You can ream the hole with the diamond bit till it fits.

Lol this is not happening!!! The 32mm bulkhead fits in the 40mm hole with about 4mm gap all round! :banghead: so I can use it right???
Then just change the 40mm bulkhead for a 25mm to fit in the 32mm hole???

get a diamond holesaw and ream the holes.

Well, the 80 grit sandpaper is working, but slow... I need .5mm to get them through.

Silicon Carbide Grinding Stone will work too.
