thats a awsome DIY !!

Guys, where do you buy the reflective material that you use on the inside of these reflectors? I live in Kimberley and once again the hardware shops etc thinks I'm crazy when I ask for reflective aluminium sheeting.

Carl I was told to change the position as these will be 250w not 400w.I have spoken to a few guys in the USA and you are correct the position should stay the same .I have changed it now will post some new pic tonight.Thalion I used some marine grade aluminium that I had lying around at work. Its so easy to polish.

Very easy to polish, the more time you take the better the results.Start with some 1200 grit water paper and wet sand the small scratches out.The polish to a nice shine with a cloth buffing wheel and some buffing compound
