Discolouration on Angel

Hi everybody
my emperor angle has instantaneously some discoloration area on body. what do you think about this matter. the following pic show discoloration.

There are cauliflower growths on the tail? That could be lymphocytis, the discoloration is also a symptom of the viral infection.
Make sure it's fed well.
