Ok, thanks for the pic. It's also known as a short tentacled plate.
What are your water parameters and what light do you have it under?

You should not have baught that coral if the skelaton was
    showing at the petshop already.
The staff at the pet store should have advised against taking a dying coral .
from the pic your zoes also dont look too good
What light are you running and how old is your system
That coral unfortunately is beyond saving

Those corals like to be on the sand.

But your substrate looks like coral rubble? Is it? Normally that traps too much detritus on its own and is therefor not Favorited by a lot.

They like to be on fine sand. Pop down to the beach and get a bucket of sand. You don't want it on sharp substrate as this will puncture it again. Put it on the sand in a gentle flow area until it has recovered. If your parameters are right it can recover. I bought a leather which had been attached to an old skeleton of a plate coral and after a few months, it grew again (there must have been a sliver of life left there).

It didn't look like it when I bought it, otherwise i wouldn't have bought it, it was kept for me for a few weeks, the pic was taken this morning just after switching on the lights and thats why the zoas are closed

If the problem is not in you thank...then why does it look like that? Makes no sense...from the looks of the other corals in the background it probably is your tank... these guys are trying to help...but seems you dont really want it...in future dont ask for help here if you dont want it...

@weezle thanks, all I wanted to know. @JS Maybe if you read the previous posts you would have read that I bought it in perfect condition, it was kept by the same petshop for a few weeks because my tank wasnt ready, when I collected on friday it looked like that and thats why Im saying the problem didn't start in my tank, and the reason for the zoas is because i just switched on the light right before I took the picture, but never mind

So it was in perfect condition when you first saw it and then in Friday at the pet shop the skeleton started showing or did the skeleton only start showing when you put it in your tank?

Yes, it was perfect when i paid. It already showed at the petshop when i collected on friday , but it was kept for me at own risk, because my tank wasn't ready
