So i thought id start sharing my newest build with you all. I started with a nano and everything went great but like with most people it wasnt enough so now we going bigger :yeahdude:

So the tank is 110x65x60, sump is 100x50x35 with baffles at around 25cm. The stand i build myself out of 38mm square tubing. It can be taken apart for easy transport. Its 110x65x80.

The tank is out of 10mm glass with a double base that is 6mm and the bracing is the same.

Equipment i got for the tank is an Aquaria 600L skimmer, 160W razor, wp25 and a red devil dc5500 return pump.

Plumbing is a 50mm pvc pipe for the overflow thats in the middle of the tank and then 2x32mm pvc pipes for return on both sides of the overflow.

And for all you pic maniacs out there here are a few..... If it works lol

Jip we tested it by putting our digger's bucket onto it and picking it up so its strong. Its 38mmx2mm thick so its fine. I made the two platforms with the legs between them removeable. So i can take the top deck/platform off and take the legs off and then you can transport it. I welded a smaller square tubing to the platforms that slides into the bigger legs

does the smaller square tubing fit exactly into the bigger one.. is there no room for the stand wobble. sorry for asking bit recently I wanted to make something similar and was told by major steel supplier that different sizes tubing be it square or round do not fit 100% in to one another flushed. something to do with the thickness and the size

I welded extra flatbar onto it so that there is no room for a wobble. It has 6 legs that i just bent a bit outward so i need to push the leg in to go into the square tubing so once all are in they are pushing outward so no wobble. Jip i only drive a car to varsity so it needed to fit in. Lol thanks @Gareth0508 jip nothing there yet

Okey guys quick update. Tank went through its cycle and all tests looks good. So i started stocking the tank over a time. I added 2 snowflakes, 2 midas blennies, 2 shrimp, 3 hermits, 2 snails, 1 tuxedo urchin and a few corals. I added a wp25 for flow and carbon to the sump.
