I don't know if its been posted yet.

This guy bought an apartment just to build this tank.

The thread starts from the beginning, plan layouts, construction all the way to the final product. I'm on page 140 and still reading (the thread has already been split like 3 times).

Its probably the most amazing system I've ever seen, with someone whom literally lives for reefing.

The tank is based in Taiwan.

Pics on almost every page so its going to chew bandwidth but worth it to go all the way through.

Note that the 1st pics you see are only tanks he used for inspiration.

    Thats awesome!

I've spent HOURS on end reading the threads.

Not just the reef itself, but the planning and layout of the system as a whole. Its very inspirational.

At the same time however I've seen how much maintenance the system requires, even with most of it being automated. It has to fit into your lifestyle and made me realize, I don't think I'll ever bother with more than a 2 meter tank. The workload becomes huge.

I think a 2M in wall tank would probably be the least maintenance if you wan to go big and keep work at a minimum (as in cleaning glass :p )

I think a better way to put it, or as I see it, A large part of the habby is the "journey" to getting the perfect system. And this was like starting off with a perfect system.

No real journey besides the construction of the tank etc. :whistling:
