Very cool. The sump might be small, but there is space for a DSB in there, how much space have you given the first chamber with the skimmer in, coz then we can possibly help you to measure the space for the DSB. From the looks of things you could put a L200 x W400 x H130 sump in place, just put a ballast in that is slightly higher than 150mm.

I also think a bicolour blenny would be a great inmate for you tank, the kids will love it's character.

Is the white masking tape supposed to show the placement of the baffles?
If so, no need for baffles. You need all the space you have for the DSB, seeing that it is small to start off with.

Seeing that the skimmer enters the DSB area at the left back, why not make a square box in right front. Just big enough for return pump. But then the glass should only be about 20-25cm height. So that the full area above return and DSB can fluctuate for water evaporation. Water level should at least be 30cm.

The one with the blue pipe on the right side is the return, pipe not glued yet, when switch off the water level will be 1 cm below the over flow on left side. I fitted a 5 cm peace under the grid for the regonite, want the water to return from under and working up to the overflow.

    Hope this will work
