just realised i have not posted in a while . i let the tank go for abit every tank has a down hill after hitting its prime .... but v3.0 coming soon going for something abit more simple but more colourful , ps my radion is already dying on me.... photos to follow
Not good news man. I had the same happened to me once. Everything was just perfect. Everything was growing, happy, tank looked amazing and then just suddenly everything went south.

yeah was my own fault though my Sps just got so big and shaded everything under it and with me having LEDs the shadows dont help . so as you see above i got to trimming , then my tests kits got finished so i stopped dosing because i lost abit of passion too , my little one is abit of a handful too so my weekly water changes either got rushed and i was doing my proper maintenance or i skipped the water change all together . i have a piece of green digi left and zoas thats all i sold everything becaue they started dying off lost my whole colony of candies too , another thing i also cant say much good about aquaforest reef salt mixes quick but thats it have not seen any positive affect from it . i did a 25L water change with NSW with a small dose of red sea abc.

this time around i am keeping my tank simple no dosing at all just water changes and going to keep zoas only ( will see how long that lasts lol) but yeah after a 2 year run the tank did me good

It's been ages ! I actually miss my tank updates , however my tank is starting to look better again my zoas have stopped dying and most of my corals are bouncing back I got rid of 99% of my lps except my one hammer that if you have been following my thread you know I revived from like 2 heads it now has +- 10 and looks beautiful!
I have gone back to strict water changes still using Aquaforest reef salt but on an off occasion I get a drum of NSW . I have added a Kenya tree and a pin cushion which looks great actually forgot how nice leathers actually look . I took some update photos but for some reason I have been battling to get good shots lately .

I am still looking for more random zoas and leathers.

Hey guys just a general update , got some sympodium , also managed to get some zoas back that I lost purple hornets , purple hearts and twizzlers .my zoa ledge rock broke again but I decided to leave it off and out the hammer in that Gap instead . I have 3 random rocks on my substrate but hopefully they will soon. Become a nice little garden of zoas . My tank looks nothing like it used to but it's definitely filling out again

So this happened guess the stone fix just couldn't hold any longer ... I am not going to build the scape up again but instead use it for change . All these little speed bumps are getting to me but my Tank will look good again and it will stand out again . New growth will take time but I am not leaving this hobby anytime soon !

Hey guys tank is still running doing its thing , I have decided to leave about a 10cm bare glass right infront of my scape to make a "lawn" with my bright lumo GSP so far its looking decent . My main scape as you know has become one big zoa garden which is settling nicely . Considering i don't dose or anything anymore I am still getting decent growth. I have also noticed my zoas seem so much happier now that I am using NSW again it might also be because I am doing bigger water changes but not as frequent hence giving them time to do Thier thing instead having to fiddle and clean once a week .

Hope everyone is keeping well!

Looking good.

Strange that you mention bigger less frequent water changes. I did not do a water change on my tank for like 5 weeks and my hammers just loved it. Did a 20L (40%ish) water change last weekend and they still not too happy with the cleaner water. Maybe something I'll need to get used to compared to my previous sps setup.
