    Don't think is a Sergeant Major... No black stripes or yellow and the fish

    Okay I agree with you,its possible its a dwarf angel specie will see if I can find something in my books.

    It's a damsel but not a sergent major don't remember it's name but it's not a nice fish. Def not a angel

    If you google Sergeant Major Damsel, you will find the same name being applied to different damsels. Depending on where in the world you are. The second picture is what we in South Africa knows as a Sergeant. The first one is also a damsel, which one I do not know.

    First picture might be a juvenile Abudefduf notatis. If it is, they are not aggressive towards other tank mates but they are to their own species. Can only have one per tank. Get up to 150mm about.

    @RiaanP thanks for your comments, the fish was cought in the westbrook area just before ballito. I'm a little disappointed I released the fish though :(
