    Hi guys

    My tank has been cycling for a couple of days with very fresh live rock (got them from dory's who got them from a client's tank, as far as I know these rocks went straight from tank to tank).

    Now I am starting to see many different critters (had some aiptasia which I got rid off). There are bristle worms, small starfish, little fan worms (i think this what they are called, they have these "fans" sticking out of the live rock) and some other small anemones (not aiptasia).

    Now my question, what do I feed these critters, or do I just leave the tank as is?

    I measured the basics and they are:

    Salinity => 1.025
    Nitrate => 0.25
    Nitrite => 0
    Amonia => 0.25
    Phosphate => 0
    PH => ~8.4

    Thank you!

    the fact that they are there means that they can find food. the fan worms are filter feeders and the bristle worms will feed on waste and die off from the cycle. i wouldn't worry too much

    A pinch of normal fish flakes every couple of days will feed the pods and help them populate over the next couple of weeks before you add any livestock. Very little though is necessary.

    yes just let nature take its course, as soon as NH4 and NO2 read 0 after a "feeding" as mentioned by @Jayceew then your tank is ready
