Customer Satisfaction :(

    Its a sad day for me, I have decided after a long road of endless money and not much joy and probably the biggest reason of all........ Poor attitude etc from a couple of the LFS around the north of Jozi, to shut down my tank. I have been begging and willing to throw cash to them for a new tank etc. Do you know how hard it has been to get any sort of response from them. Ive left multiple messages, emails etc. I wish I was in a position that I didn't need to look after very loyal customers but then again its not in my nature. So thanks for all the good things and people on this site. Cheers till the next attempt

    Shucks that sucks man. Sorry to hear of your frustration... It must have been alot to get you to this sad conclusion. Wishing you all the best for the future.

    Let the countries reefers tell you about our service. Although we are based in cape town. With your poor local service look online you will be amazed at our service dealing with all corners in SA

    Customer satisfaction is our business even if I have to call you at 9pm in the evening we do it

    I also feel that there are lots of other great LFS around that would be glad to help, it would be unwise to give up something you love because of one or two LFS.
