    My Tank is a 3 foot, fish only catch tank, have 4 different butterflies, a Spot tail coris, a Box fish, a halfmoon trigger and a semi circle pomi

    I am no expert on fish at all, but all those fish in a 3 foot? Butterflies, triggers etc.? Have you got photos for us?

    Hi Creedon. Yip.... as Jaco pointed out, those fish are gonna get pretty big and pretty damn fast at that. You'll have to start planning a bigger tank now already, as those fish'll be stepping on each other's fins in about 6 months or so. Did you catch them all this season?

    Yeah all this season, actually have added them a bit fast, but been watching the nitrates and doing allot of water changes. I might have a 6 foot on it's way soon. Jaco i will post photo's soon too. :)

    Just watch that the box fish doesn't get hassled by the others. They release a toxic membrane when they get over-stressed or when they die. This could kill the other fish in such a small system.

    Mudshark, you will be happy to hear that i bought a new tank yesterday, 1.8m x 700cm x 700 cm. something like a 1000 Litres. :)

    Nope.... not happy at all. Just flipping jealous. I think that you should take some photos and post them in the "members setups" forum, telling us what livestock you plan on keeping, what sort of filtration you have, what lighting, skimmer, pumps, powerheads and basically any equipment that you can think of that'll be relevant. Then we can guide you along, so that you don't end up spending unnecessary money.

    Correct 1.8m x 600mm x 600mm just measured it. as soon as i get my camera back i will take photo's.
